Windows 10 I am having apps that are stuck in task manager and an update that is stuck at 20% installing and other issues with it.

Hello Community,NOTE: Please don't send automated replies instead send real solutions after properly reading my issues and understanding whats happening as I have come here after trying out all the things in the first page of google search results.I am frustrated lately because of a number of issues in my custom built computer.There were no issues until recently there was a cumulative update for my computer, running windows 10 pro 64 bit.
