Windows 11 I am locked out of my laptop until I provide a recovery key. Microsoft errors when I attempt to retrieve my recovery key.

I am locked out of my laptop until I retrieve this bitlocker key. To retrieve the key, I log into my microsoft account, open the bitlocker page and am met with this error: 'Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us. Trace Id: gWXnqboGhU+yVcmh.6.98'I have waited, I have tried again, I have gotten nowhere. I need to access my laptop.
