Windows 11 I am locked out of my windows 11 laptop and a every attempt to change pin goes in a circle

Any attempt to change my PIN returns “something went wrong “ and “we weren’t able to change your PIN”. Then it just goes back to login screen and starts all over. This is insane. I can’t use my own computer.
