Windows 11 I am new to Win11, and found every time I open an app the volume goes to near off for a few seconds, is there a way to stop this please. Thanks

Hello!! I am new to Win11, and found every time I open an app the volume goes to near off for a few seconds, which is really annoying when listening to music... is there a way to stop this please. I have tried turning off system sounds, which didn't stop the problem, same with some noise cancelling setting I found. ThanksAlso! This maybe more of a warning... Win Explorer getting screwed up, and needing to do a system restore...I tried to adjust the scroll bar width using instructions from a help site, and after rebooting... only part of the screen was viewable, and the navigation pane was ther
