Windows 10 i am not able to instal visual c++ arm64 and the message i get from installer is this package is not supported by your processer type ..

and(my processor type is amd64 and processor is i7-2600 )..please tell me way to install new package because in some application my computer is asking you need directx lvl 11 and shader level 5.0..and using run and by typing dxdiag the directx level show there is 12 ..what could i do...
