Windows 11 I am not able to leave the insider program

I am on the latest public release build 22621.1992 and I am not registered as an insider according to my Windows Insider Program in settings still I keep getting release preview builds. I've tried multiple times leaving the insider program through the website but it just doesnt work. Please help me leave. I have recently clean installed to the latest public release so no, I am not on an insider build.
