Windows 11 I am the only member of "My Family"; why are apps still making me request parental permission?

Hi, I am a 20 y/o college student with a new-ish laptop (HP Windows System with most recent Windows 11 updates). I was on Microsoft support in a live chat and they told me to post my issue here.Finally getting around to setting up Spotify on my laptop- except I cannot open the app without a popup saying that I need to request permission for usage. I didn't even know I was apart of a Microsoft Family.
