Windows 11 I am trying to install .NET 3.5 from Control panel on my Windows 11 but i get error 0x80070490

I am using Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.2283 but i get error 0x80070490: In Windows\Log\CBS i can see this: 2023-10-05 10:06:14, Info CBS Failed to resolve package: Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.22621.1 [HRESULT = 0x80070490 - ERROR_NOT_FOUND] Why?
