Windows 10 I am unable to download embroidery design from OESD, unzip, save to my computer or USB stick.

I was able to earlier last week. I had downloaded ArtLink9 trial version but have since uninstalled it. I am using PC with Windows 10 and a Bernina 700E embroidery Machine. I've been in contact with OSED and they are attempting to find solution. I've downloaded both .ART & .EXP. Once i download the file I am unable to unzip the file. when I attempt to save it, the file is saved as BERNINA All-in-One (I do not have ANY Bernina software on computer). When I load file to USB stick and open on my embroidery machine all that's there is a file "System Volume Information" which is employ.
