Windows 11 I am unable to open the new minecraft launcher please help.

Whenever I try to open the new launcher I get the error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." I have already attempted running the launcher as administrator and also teminate, repair, and resetting the app through the app settings. Please help
