I tried installing H&R Block tax software and have not been able to successfully finish the install or uninstall what it installed. I am receiving a Windows Installer error - No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches. H&R Block is saying it is a Microsoft problem and has not been very helpful. At this point, they said I need to uninstall what is there and then install again. Please help! (The upload of the screenshot keeps failing)Thank you.
