Windows 11 I attempt to delete files in my user profile, while logged into that profile and it says I need permission from myself, how do I fix this?

I have tried everything from this question: Redirecting but it did not work, I still receive the same prompt saying Folder Access DeniedYou need permission to perform this actionYou need permission from (computer name)\(user name) to make changes to this folderThis is also an issue when another program in my user directory attempts to delete something from it's folder, and I very much need to fix this.
