Windows 10 I bought Minecraft a year ago, now Microsoft/Mojang are both saying I do not own the game.

I have my digital receipt as proof of purchase. Why do I not have access? The only thing happening is me being directed to purchase the game AGAIN.This is not a mismatch of accounts, this is the only one I have. I don't need to migrate accounts.
