Windows 11 I bought my laptop new from amazon i thought. It appears someone else had registered microsoft 11 prior to me as I found this after a complete reboot

What can I do to update Microsoft so that my name appears instead of the other person?Is there a danger of hacking into my computer?I bought this LG Gram from Amazon, went to them, went to the manufacturer and it has been too long since I bought the computer. Please help. The computer came with Microsoft already installed and i dont have a cooy of it if i reformat.
