Windows 11 I can hear myself through my headphones and I can seem to fix it on the sound control panel?

I have windows 11 and I recently got a new headset with a mic, while I was testing the mic out I could hear myself through my headphones and I tried doing all thee necessary things to fix this. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me. Thank you
