Windows 10 I can not duplicate to my Miracast TV (via Wifi), please help

Hi,With Miracast I should be able to "Duplicate" to a Wireless Display (in this case "Samsung TV"/Monitor 4). I am having multiple issues with this and can not "Duplicate" - though "Extend" works.
