Windows 11 I can not play Black ops in my PC because as I start it a pop up appears saying fatal error.

I can see it running in the taskbar but the games does not start its just a black screen. I have a Windows 11 and I just installed the .dll files to solve the .dll not found problem. Can anyone please help me:(
