Windows 11 I can only use up to around 50% of my ram.

I use an acer nitro 5 an515-43 and I'm on windows 11. I upgraded the ram to 16gbs using 2 8gb sticks of ram (Crucial 2400mhz) around a month or 2 ago, and a few days ago I started noticing performance issues on some of the games I play.
