Windows 10 I can receive emails fine but having problems sending sometimes with Windows Live Mail on my PC, more frequently now to Hotmail, Gmail and BT internet

Sometimes I get a delay message : Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [Subject: "#### "] to email address deleted for privacy.
