Windows 11 I can see previously opened tab faintly in background of laptop screen

When I open a tab and then close or minimize it, and work on another tab, I can see the previously opened tab faintly in the background of my laptop screen. However, after shutting down and restarting my laptop, this issue disappears, even if no tabs are open.
