Windows 11 i cannot access ma family safety web page

I cannot access to my family safety web page (e.g. manage my kids rights)when I click on "view your family" new page is loaded, starts to show the right things after few seconds (without to click anything ) I get the error message see the screenshotI tried multiple times, from different browsers, with or without wifi, from iphone or windows. Same errorthanks best regardsLuca
