Windows 11 I Cannot Access My C Drive

I don't know what is going on, but I cannot access any program or file on my C Drive.Here is what I have already done:# System Recovery on Friday, 19 July 2024# I attempted to delete any CrowdStrike files (there are none)# Safe Mode (I can access C via cmd)# Directly entering the C Drive via File ExplorerSeveral program files refuse to open. I get error screens saying "XYZ is unable to access C:\ProgramFiles\..........".When I try to access the C Drive via File Explorer, I get the following error message: "C:\\ is not accessible.
