Windows 11 I cannot find the "My Games" folder on windows 11 and cannot create it back, how can i fix this?

Hello.I cannot find "My Games" folder in documents, and i cannot create it because an pop up will appear saying that "you need to confirm this operation" when i press continue, it just says "you need permission to perform this action" even though i have full administrator powers set on my user. Can i get help on how to get around this problem?
