Windows 11 I cannot get OneDrive to even run

I tried to remove OneDrive from my Windows 11 computer, but I could not get rid of the folders that show up every time I open File Explorer. So I decided to buy the more expensive Microsoft 365 Personal so that OneDrive allows 1TB of files to be backed up. I have reinstalled OneDrive, and now it refuses to run. There is no response at all no matter what I have tried... I think there may be a registry edit that does not allow it, but I can't remember all the things I tried when I was trying to get rid of all those folders that OneDrive creates...
