I just purchased a Lenovo laptop and was setting up the user information yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, I did not finish setting up the whole windows page before having to leave for a meeting. When I returned, the laptop is showing a log in screen with my email but will not let me log in. I have tried logging in using another work email under "other user" but this does not work either. The laptop will not go into a recovery mode through holding the shift key down and doing quick resets either. Any ideas? I'm stuck with a lock screen and no other options to use the laptop at this moment. L
