Windows 11 I cannot open .mp4 files, Microsoft WinRT Storage API replaced Movies & TV

Hi there. Today, I opened my computer to find I am unable to open .mp4 files. The default app for video, which used to be Movies & TV, has been replaced by Microsoft WinRT Storage API. I looked online, and many who experience similar issues cannot access the Microsoft Store or Photos or any default apps, but Movies & TV seems to be the only one affected by this. I uninstalled and reinstalled Movies & TV. In Default Apps, I am unable to change the default app for .mp4 files from Microsoft WinRT Storage API back to Movies & TV because it does not show up.
