Windows 11 I cannot turn on memory integrity/core isolation even after a complete windows 11 reinstall

What should I do? Here's some screenshots showing the drivers and problem. Actually it won't let me upload the images. The drivers are chdrvr01.sys ... chdrvr04.sys. Thanks.
