Windows 11 I cannot uninstall my xbox app games that were installed on my F drive after i reinstalled windows.

I have (somehow) over 200gb in saved games from when i was using Xbox pc gamepass. over 6 months ago now i reinstalled windows onto a new C drive after mine became corrupt. everything on all other platforms works great, however the xbox store is awkward as can be, and none of my games could be detected. To top it off, all the games are locked into a windowsApps folder and i cant uninstall any of them, basically making most of my F drive useless. I have spent MANY hours trying to fix this issue, but now i desperately need the space back. I have already given permissions of the windowsapp folder
