Windows 11 I cannot upgrade from Windows 10 Pro 2H22 to Windows 11 due to BSOD

The Problem:So, my PC meets the minimum requirements to install Win 11 (I've confirmed it). First, I tried updating via the Win 11 Install Assistant. I tried twice but failed, I do not know exactly why because I was AFK during the upgrade twice. Next, I tried upgrading via Media Creation Tool. I my a Bootable USB from the Tool and ran the resulting Setup.exe. The entire Setup process ran smoothly. The PC restarted once and I got the Win 11 "Working on Updates" Screen, then PC restarted again (Second Boot Phase) and the "Working On Updates" appeared for just a second (I saw percentage at 60s) a
