For some reason, one day, the family computer stopped using the background I set, all files are no longer able to be accessed via the quick start folders (downloads documents etc.) and instead have to be accessed by going into the users folder and looking the the folders of another user I am sure we weren't using before. to make matters worse, the windows start menu, search bar, Cortana and even just the settings have stopped working. I just can't open them (and some, but not all, shortcuts that use the windows key have stopped working, like win+.) I have tried signing out by pressing ctrl+alt
