Windows 11 I can't access an app on my computer. I get a message saying that the internet is not connected. Other apps are working.

Hi, I have had WeMod on my computer for years. I started to get a message when using that I was currently offline. I made the mistake of uninstalling.... Unfortunately, when re-installing the internet is required (after the first install it doesn't matter). I keep getting a message that I am not connected to the internet when I am, because have their website open in Google Chrome. I was on Windows 10. I thought going to Windows 11 might change things, I loaded last night and it did nothing. I have gone through WeMod directions to fixing this so many times and nothing works.. I have No
