Windows 11 I can't access microsoft store or update windows. I have tried everything but I can't fix it.

This must have just started recently because I was able to open the microsoft store about a week ago. I have tried every solution around with sfc and dism with odd results. SFC runs and finds no issues but when I run anything related to dism in CMD (yes as administrator) I get the popup that says this app can't run on your pc to find a version for your pc contact developer. I have tried to run a windows 11 installer to fix the issue and no matter which way I go about doing it it hangs forever because it can't download updates. Its also given me issues because it says my computer isn't co
