Windows 11 I cant access MS Support at all. Says the website is access denied.

Why can I not access support at all? My issue is that I am not able to run the lastest 4 updates for some reason. I recently spoke with support but had to end the call to pick up my kids after an hour. I need to pick up this issue again. support ticket again, 7046278162
