Windows 10 I Can't Access Random Sites And Am At My WITS END!

I can't access random sites like twitter, reddit, and after further testing, any adult sites (so it may be some type of issue with parental controls, but that doesn't make much sense to me, I'll explain further) and I've tried everything I can think of. This issue applies to the same sites for both Chrome and Edge, not any specific browser. I've turned off Windows firewall, I don't have a vpn, I'm not in a Microsoft Family anymore so I cant see how it'd be parental restrictions, and I've even tried a clean boot! Issue is still unresolved. Please Help!
