Windows 11 I cant add my number to my Microsoft account, did I get blocked?

I cannot add my number either, its telling me to try another verification method, I’ve never added a number to my account, I have no idea what to do, because I’ve tried to add it many times, and since the first time, it doesnt let me, and i’ve never added my phone number ever.
