Windows 11 I can't bypass the windows 11 let's connect you to a network screen and when i open the command prompt my keyboard isn't working

I installed windows 11 today with an iso file on my laptop but it isn't bypassing the network thing when it is in device setup and when i try to open command prompt my keyboard isn't functioning neither my mouse
