Windows 11 I can't change security on my laptop. I get the 0x00070005 or whatever which is like access denied. I'm the ONLY person and the owner of pc. help

It basically says I'm not an admin, but a user. I'm fed up. It shows multiple users and different things. I'm so aggravated it's unbelievable. I can post a screen shot if needed. btw I'm the only user but its showing like 4 or 5. Makes zero sense. There is one even named " unknown user "like someone please help.
