I have 1 attempt left to change the region on my driver, and I have done so before with no trouble at all. I want to change it from region 1 to region 2, but the error "Unable to update region setting: The drive reports that it requires media of the destination region (region 4) so please insert appropriate media and try again" keeps showing.
I have tried everything. Put in a region 2 disc, uninstalled the driver and restarted and all the tips I could find online with people having had the same issue. I just can’t get it to work. I have VLC and I am able to play my DVD’s just fine, but that’s not all I need it for. I just want it to work like it used to.
Can anyone please help?
