Windows 11 I cant control my windows 11 pc in Microsoft Family Safety

So I have a Win 11 PC that i upgraded from 10 about a year ago. When I first set up the PC (Win 10) I signed all of my families MSFT accounts into the machine. All of them showed up in Family Safety (FS) but nobody ever really used the computer but me. Then I updated the machine to Win 11 about a year ago. last week one of my kids wanted to start using the computer, and FS was limiting time on google chrome to 2 hours. A limit that I think I set up back when the machine was on win 10. I don't really remember but that seems like something I would have done. So I went to FS to change the limits
