Windows 11 I can't create playlist on Windows 11 media player app

When I clicked the create option in the playlists section, it showed it couldn't make a playlist wait a bit then try again. I tried resetting the settings in the app, and I tried reinstalling it but not worked. error showing " we couldn't create the playlist 'name'. wait a bit, then try again. 0x80070005" I have a windows 11 pro(Dell laptop), I3 7100u, 8gbram with a SSD. Can you reply soon? thanks
