Windows 10 I can't disable touch pad after i update windows !!

Today an update was downloaded an installed and after that I can't disable/enable the touch pad with fn + f3 anymore as before

so what should I do ??

i have msi gf6274f and the pointing device name is Synaptics SMBus TouchPad
