YOU SHOULD REFUND ME
I have a Dell Inspiron 7375- 2n1. Horrible laptop, btw... Do not recommend.
That said, two problems....
FIRST) I have Symantec Ultimate Defense Antivirus System. It was working just fine until about a month ago. Will not allow me to enable real-time protection. So then, for safety (I guess), I have to enable Windows Defender, which I don't want to use. Why can't I disable Windows Defender and enable Symantec?
SECOND) The sound is not working on my laptop. System automatically updated, but slowed the system down substantially which is what it does EACH TIME IT UPDATES. So I uninstalled update and when it restarted, the sound doesn't work anymore. Troubleshooter says "Both Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder Services must be working at the same time for audio to work properly. At least one of the services isn't running." Please help. I don't want to restart Windows AGAIN!!!
