Windows 10 I can't download or update any large games or files.

No matter what software I use, the same problem occurs with every large game. The download goes smoothly until a random percent and just stops and freezes. Most of the times when this happens I can't even use the software and my PC becomes all slow. This problem doesn't happen when I reinstall the game, but when it get to a verifying part of the download it occurs again. I have enough storage space and my wifi is good. Also I've tried updating my drivers but the driver for my CPU just crashes as soon as I open itPC partsi5 7500 3.4GHz8GB RamNVIDIA 1050 Ti
