I have rented a movie on Microsoft store selecting the download option.I started the download but wasn't able to finalise it, so I suspended it thinking that I could resume it some other time.However, when I opened the MS store app again I couldn't see the movie in my library and could not resume the download.The purchase appears in my account's purchase history and was billed on my bank account.If I search for the movie on the store, I only have options to rent it again while my rental should be valid until 30 September.I chatted with costumer care twice and every time I was transferred to di
