Windows 10 I cant fix command prompt keeps opening and instantly closing every 5-15 minutes.

Command prompt keeps opening, flashing white and instantly closes. I’ve tried hundreds of troubleshooting things like clean boot, safe mode, reinstalling windows. I cant find anything to help fix this. In the picture you can see the icon and the white flash in the mid to top left. The other picture was too large to show. Please somebody help.
