Windows 11 I can't get into my Microsoft account because my main email isn't getting sent verification codes

After a power outage in my area I tried to boot up windows and it says my pin basically broke, and when I try to sign in to fix it I get a screen saying that my security details have changed and I won't be able to get in (I changed my phone number because new provider) and when I try to bypass or simply cancel it, I never get sent a verification code of any kind to my email. So I'm locked out of windows, and basically my computer as well
