Windows 10 I CAN'T GET MY DVD CD RW to SHOW UP in windows.

I have TRIED the this command ({[ reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Controller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 ]}) AS ADMINISHERATOR IN THE REGULAR CMD nothing happends even when i restarted my computer. THERE is no driver installed on my comuter in the device manager that is called {[ DVD/CD-ROM drives ]} it is not there. here is a image to prove it. SEE there is no DVD/CD-ROM driver in there i tried doig the action+scan for hardware changes that dose not work. help me please i will include my system info AS .NFO here. OS PRO.NFO please
