Windows 11 I can't get rid of Can not find script file "C:\Users\Public\roox.vbs."

I clicked on a link I shouldn't have before I realized it. Running virus scan software hasn't helped. What can I do to get rid of this? Nothing I've tried looking through these forums and other searches on Google has helped.
