Windows 11 I can't install audio drivers?

I got home and turned on my laptop but all of my output devices are not there, I dont have any of devices or anything. Tried plugging in my headphones but nothing. After few hours I tried installing realtek audio drivers but they just install and they ask me to restart my laptop which i do. Nothing changes, i dont have any drivers and no output devices even my laptop speakers are not there, I cant hear anything so can anyone help me?
