Windows 11 i cant install new C++ program and got side by side error.

when i tried to install new C++ packages since i got side by side error and as we know when u have side by side error u cant do anything,and as i reinstall the C++ program it pop up the side by side error again but if i dont have C++ program how am i supposted to fix the side by side error?
